butty studio is a creative production company based in Berlin, founded by Moritz Henneberg and Nikita Fedosik.

At butty studio we create films with a point of view. Character-driven stories meets documentary.

The name comes from an animation film by Moritz Henneberg and Julius Drost that got stolen. The documentary they made with Nikita Fedosik about this case won them the Grimme-Preis in 2026. The name stayed. So did the story.
